There is a fine line between coaching and therapy, where the coach is focusing on future state as well as the historical factors in the life of a person and takes the client through a journey towards freedom from the anxiety or fear. However, if the coach sees that the client needs therapy, an experienced and well trained coached will refer the client to either their GP or therapist.
